Introducing QR code and mobile payment into one of the most well banked region of Asia, Hong Kong. This is the very first stop of Ant Financials' strategy to launch the Alipay brand and services internationally. As the very first product designer on the team, I was tasked to localize the product into something that would fit Hong Kong user's need. From there, my scope of work slowly expands towards the brand communications and strategy as we lay more ground work in understanding our demographics resulting in my promotion to Brand Experience Lead.
